How can I look for a wine or other product?
If you are searching a red, white, bubbly wine, etc., just click on the button "our wines" whereas if you are browsing our catalogue by the region, click on the button "select a region " :both buttons are located on the menu bar at the top of the page. Once you have made your choice, a list with the selected items will appear on the screen.

How can I get more information about the listed items?
Sometimes you can find more information to learn more about a wine, by clicking on the icon " " on the left of the list of wines.

What is the shopping cart?
The shopping cart is a page where the selected items are visualised.

Why shall I click on the button "update cart" ?
To enter every modification in the quantity box "Q.ty" and to the update the situation of your shopping cart.

Why is the button "update cart" flashing?
Just to remind you to click on it every time you modify the number of items (link 8) or cancel some items (link 9) from your shopping cart.

How shall I put an item in my shopping cart?
Once you have selected an item , click on the icon " " and then it will appear in your "shopping cart".

How can I know in any moment which items are in my shopping cart?
When you click on the button "view the shopping cart" you'll see all the items in your shopping cart.
VERY IMPORTANT: do not forget to click on the button "update cart" (link 4) after changing the number of items in the quantity box "Q.ty" of your shopping cart!

How can I modify the quantity of the selected items before sending the purchase order?
If you want to modify the quantity of the selected items, write a number in the quantity box "Q.ty" and then click on the button "update cart".

How can I cancel one or more selected items from the shopping cart before sending the purchase order?
If you want to cancel one or more items, write number "0" in the quantity box "Q.ty" and then click on the button "update cart".

How can I go on buying more items?
If you want to go on shopping, select one or more items on the menu bar above.

Are the shipping charges included in the total amount?
The shipping charges are not included in the total amount and will be calculated according to the number of purchased items and destination country. The shipping charges for Italy are indicated in the table before filling in the Order Form.

How shall I pay the purchased items?
At the moment, the payment is only off-line, either by cash on delivery or money transfer. In the near future we will set up the on-line payment with Credit Cards.

What does 'Total Amount' mean?
The total amount indicated in the Order form correspond to the total cost of the purchased items: the shipping charges are not included and will be calculated according to the number of purchased items and destination country.

How can I check if I have forgotten something?
Click on the button "view the shopping cart" to check if you have forgotten something.

How can I choose the ideal package for a special gift ?
iIf you want an ideal presentation package for special gift-giving , just click on the button "view the shopping cart" and once you are on this page, click on the button "special packages" and make your choice.
NOTE! Enovalsugana always sends all the items in safe standard packages included in the total price.

How can I order as a private person/company?
After clicking on the button "order" a new page will open: here you'll find two buttons at the top of the page to continue your purchase procedure as a Private Person or a Company.

Which personal data shall I fill in the Order form?
You have to provide all the requested personal data, except the fax number.

How can I go back to the shopping cart if I am already in the Order Form?
If you have forgotten to buy something or want to modify your shopping cart, you can go back by clicking on the buttons "Back": here you will still find the items you have just purchased and you can modify the quantity, add or cancel some items. Remember to click "update cart" after every modification.
VERY IMPORTANT: The personal data you have previously filled in the Order Form will be delayed and therefore they'll have to be entered again.

What shall I do once I have filled in the Order Form with all my personal data?
Please check through your shopping cart visualised at the bottom of your Order Form, print out a copy and finally send the Order Form by clicking on the button "order".

What happens once I have sent the Order form ?
Enovalsugana.com will receive your purchase order via e-mail and contact you within 24 working hours to confirm your order. Moreover, you'll be informed about the delivery terms and the total amount to pay inclusive of the shipping charges. In case you choose to pay by money transfer, Enovalsugana.com will send you the data of its Bank.
